Admissions

Welcome! Thank you for your interest in Harvest Academy.  Everything begins with attending an Open House. Join us for our next Open House by registering below:

1 Attend & Apply

Hearing the vision of Harvest Academy and seeing the campus is an important first step to help you decide if this is the right education option for your family.

For those who have attended an Open House and wish to apply, please read the Harvest Academy Student Handbook and complete the Online Application.

We are no longer accepting applications for the 2023-2024 school year.  Please join us for an Open House to learn more about Harvest! Applications for the 2024-2025 school year for grades K-5 will open on January 1, 2024.

2 Assessment & Interview

We believe the student assessment and parent interview are invaluable in helping families decide if Harvest Academy is the right fit for them.

Upon receipt of the application, you will be contacted by a faculty member to set up a student placement assessment and a parent interview with the Head of School and another administrator, founder, or board member. Both parents, when applicable, are required to attend the parent interview.

3 Enroll & Become a Lion

Upon acceptance to Harvest Academy, parents may complete the Enrollment & Tuition Commitment Agreement to reserve your child’s spot and pay the non-refundable enrollment fee. In late August, before the Fall semester begins, Community Training will be held. Parent attendance is required at Community Training. Please check the Calendar for the training dates.

Once enrolled, the journey begins! We will do our best to prepare you to be a co-teacher for your child and will provide you with plenty of support along the way. For more information on what it looks like to be a co-teacher, please visit our Fundamentals of a University-Model below and the FAQ page.

Before You Apply

Harvest Academy is a unique blend of traditional school and homeschooling.

  2. Fundamentals of a University Model School

  3. Harvest Academy Statement of Faith

Harvest [Parent] Academy

Parents are required to attend the co-teacher training.  Both parents are allowed to attend, however, it is a must-do for the child’s primary co-teacher.

Harvest [Parent] Academy is held at school every year in late August and will span 2-3 days.

Tuition and Fees

Kindergarten through 5th grade is $6,600 per student

The final enrollment deadline for the 2024-2025 school year is June 1, 2024.

The enrollment fee (non-refundable) is $150 per student.  This fee reserves a student's place for the upcoming school year and helps the school cover its per-student fixed costs (software systems, insurance, etc).  Late enrollment fee for applications received after June 1, 2024 will be $200.

Please note that additional costs (including uniforms, books and supplies) run between $400 - $600 for the first year at Harvest.

Application

Once you believe you are ready to apply, there is a one-time, non-refundable application fee of $125. The application portal can be found HERE.
