At Harvest Academy, education is a true partnership between the school and the home. As a University-Model, Christian, covenantal school, our model relies on parents actively co-teaching alongside campus educators, while our community stays united in living out a shared faith in Jesus Christ.
Because this level of collaboration is so vital, our admissions process—from attending a Parent Info Night all the way to a family interview—is designed to ensure our values fully align.
We aren't just enrolling students; we are building a covenant community to graduate wise disciples of Jesus Christ firmly rooted in biblical truth. Taking these steps upfront allows us to ensure everyone is prepared from day one.

Step 1:
Submit an Inquiry
Visit our Admissions page and submit an Inquiry or sign up to attend a Parent Information Night to enter into our Admissions cycle. You’ll receive communications about next steps via email.
Step 2:
Attend Parent Information Night
This give families the opportunity to experience our Christ-centered community, ask questions, and prayerfully discern whether Harvest is the right fit for your family.
Step 3:
Apply Online
Completing the applications allows us to begin the admissions process and prepare for these next important steps, the academic assessment and a family interview.
Step 4:
Academic Assessment
You will receive an email to schedule your child’s Academic Assessment. This is a vital step to determine your child’s readiness for Harvest Academy’s curriculum.
Step 5:
Family Interview
Our family interviews ensure that every family admitted to Harvest understands, agrees with, and is committed to living in alignment with our school’s Statement of Faith and the values that guide our community.
Step 6:
Enrollment Decision
After carefully reviewing your application, academic assessment, and family interview, we will determine whether Harvest is the right fit for your student and family and communicate our decision with you directly.
Step 7:
Complete Enrollment
You may receive an email with an invitation to enroll. From that day, you have 5 business days to complete this packet to ensure your child has a guaranteed seat in the classroom.
