Parent Information Nights
Parent Info Night is a required first step in the Harvest Academy admissions process, designed to ensure our unique hybrid model is the right fit for your family.
During this event, you will gain vital insight into how campus teachers and parents partner together in co-teaching, explore our curriculum, and experience the heart of our covenant community firsthand. Attending gives you the clarity, expectations, and confidence needed to navigate the rest of the application journey-making sure we are fully aligned in discipling your child before moving forward.

FAQ
Q: Do children come to Parent Info Nights?
A: Parent Info Nights are tailored primarily for parents and guardians to get a thorough understanding of our academics, hybrid partnership model, and community culture. Children are welcome, but the presentation and discussions are geared toward adults.
Q: Where do I go once I arrive?
A: Our PIN is held at our main campus at 5515 North Church Street, Greensboro, NC 27455 in our Gathering Hall, which is located in the second building, behind the sanctuary. Someone will be there to welcome you and point you in the right direction!
Q: How long does it last?
A: This event typically last about 60 to 90 minutes. This includes a presentation from school leadership, a walk-through of the curriculum and schedule, and a live Q&A session. Families are encouraged to stay and get to know staff and parents who are in attendance.
Q: Is this required to apply for admission into Harvest Academy?
A: Yes and No! It is not required to apply but we will not move forward with your application until you’ve attended this event. Because our hybrid model relies on a close partnership between parents and educators, attending an Info Night is a required first step before moving forward with academic assessments and family interviews.
Q: What happens if I miss the Info Night or have a scheduling conflict?
A: If you are unable to attend, please contact our admissions team right away. We can help you register for an upcoming date or arrange an alternative so you can fulfill this requirement. It is highly encourage to attend in person.
